At the 2006 annual meeting of stockholders of NeuroMetrix, Inc. (the “Company”), on May 24, 2006, the Company’s stockholders approved an amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated 2004 Stock Option and Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) that increased the total number of shares of common stock available for issuance under the Plan by 1,000,000 shares.
