Item 7.01.

REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

          On March 31, 2010, Tower Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing an estimate of losses from the Northeast U.S. storm occurring during March 13 to 15, 2010.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference to this Item 7.01 as if fully set forth herein.
