On February 26, 2019, Morningstar issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 28 cents per share payable April 30, 2019 to shareholders of record as of April 5, 2019.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
