On October 6, 2017, Morningstar issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 23 cents per share payable October 31, 2017 to shareholders of record as of October 18, 2017. Morningstar, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend of 23 Cents Per Share
CHICAGO, Oct. 6, 2017The board of directors of Morningstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: MORN), a leading provider of independent investment research, today declared a quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share. The dividend is payable Oct. 31, 2017, to shareholders of record as of Oct. 18, 2017.
