On August 1, 2013, EnerSys issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on September 27, 2013 to stockholders of record as of September 13, 2013. EnerSys Announces Quarterly Dividend

Reading, PA, USA, August 1, 2013 – EnerSys (NYSE: ENS) the global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications, announced today its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share of common stock payable on September 27, 2013 to holders of record as of September 13, 2013.
