[1] As of June 30, 2024, the estimated net unrealized gain for federal tax purposes was $20 million based on a tax cost basis of $24.5 billion. As of June 30, 2024, the estimated aggregate gross unrealized gain for federal income tax purposes was $1.4 billion and the estimated aggregate gross unrealized loss for federal income tax purposes was $1.4 billion.     
[2] As of December 31, 2023, the Company had the following commitments to fund various revolving and delayed draw senior secured and subordinated loans, including commitments to issue letters of credit through a financial intermediary on behalf of certain portfolio companies. Such commitments are subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions set forth in the documents governing these loans and letters of credit and there can be no assurance that such conditions will be satisfied.
