Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
  
On September 30, 2011, Jun Tang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China CGame, Inc. (NASDAQ:CCGM), resigned from the Board with immediate effect due to the fact that he is no longer the shareholder of the company.
