Disposals of Properties	Disposals of Properties During the six months ended June 30, 2021, the Company sold sixteen ground leases for gross proceeds of $40 million and a net gain of $26.2 million. A portion of the proceeds were utilized to pay down our Credit Facility. There were no operating properties sold during the six months ended June 30, 2021.
