Item 5.03     Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On July 10, 2009, we filed a Certificate of Amendment of Certificate of Incorporation of MMR Information Systems, Inc., with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware providing for an increase in the number of shares of common stock that we are authorized to issue from time to time. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
