On June 13, 2022, Battalion Oil Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, at which the Company’s stockholders voted to elect six individuals to serve as directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of stockholders, and until their successors are elected and qualified or until their earlier death, resignation or removal.
