Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

 

On January 17, 2006, Aames Investment Corporation entered into the Third Amendment to Master Repurchase Agreement Governing Purchases and Sales of Mortgage Loans with Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB to extend the agreement to January 17, 2007 and modify certain other terms and conditions set forth in the original agreement.

 

On January 18, 2006, Aames Investment Corporation entered into Amendment Number Five to the Warehouse Loan and Security Agreement among Aames Investment Corporation, certain of its subsidiaries and Greenwich Capital Financial Products, Inc. to increase the limit of second lien mortgage loans that are pledged under the agreement.
