On November 21, 2008, Triangle Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) filed a final non-offering prospectus with the Alberta Securities Commission, the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission in connection with the Company’s application for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. The prospectus attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 contains updated work programs and project budgets, which the Company believes is useful to its investors regarding its financial condition and results of operations.
