Item 5.07               Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. 

Universal Biosensors, Inc. (the “Company”) held its special meeting of stockholders on May 23, 2022. At the meeting, the Company’s stockholders approved the issuance of 3,840,000 Underwriter Options to Viburnum Funds Pty Ltd or its nominee, as underwriter, in lieu of cash compensation.
