Apollo Investment Corporation (the “Company”) commenced mailing of its Form 10-K together with its Proxy Statement to shareholders, on or about June 24, 2022. Accompanying such materials is a Letter to Shareholders from the Company. A copy of the Letter to Shareholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and furnished herewith.
