On January 19, 2010, CorpBanca published on its web site its monthly interim financial results as of December 31, 2009. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On January 27, 2010, CorpBanca notified the Chilean Superintendency of Securities and Insurance (Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros) of the decision by its Board of Directors to disclose to the general public as a material event its resolution to call an Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on February 25, 2010, for the purpose of submitting to the shareholders’ consideration those matters of their competence. An unofficial English translation of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.

On January 28, 2010, CorpBanca published a notice in the Chilean newspaper La Tercera announcing its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on February 25, 2010. An unofficial English translation of the notice is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
