On February 5, CorpBanca issued a press release announcing the details of a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter 2008 results. On February 10, 2009, CorpBanca issued a reminder press release. The press releases are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1

On February 9, 2009, CorpBanca published a notice in the Chilean newspaper Diario Financiero announcing its year-end results. An unofficial English translation of the notice is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.

On February 9, 2009, CorpBanca published a notice in the Chilean newspaper La Tercera announcing its Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on February 26, 2009. The notice will also be republished in La Tercera on February 16 and 17, 2009. An unofficial English translation of the notice is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.

On February 9, 2009, CorpBanca issued a press release announcing its year-end and fourth quarter 2009 results. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.4.
