In connection with the acquisition of Banco Santander Colombia S.A. (“Banco Santander Colombia”) described in CorpBanca’s Current Report on Form 6-K furnished on April 3, 2012, on May 29, 2012, CorpBanca acquired a 51.0% interest in Banco Santander Colombia's shares. CorpBanca intends to acquire an additional 43.94% interest in Banco Santander Colombia´s shares by the end of June 2012.
