On July 9, 2015, CorpBanca published a press release announcing that it will release its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015, after the market closes in New York on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, and inviting investors to join a conference call regarding the results the following day. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
