CorpBanca files Material Event Notice

Santiago, Chile, June 2, 2015. CORPBANCA (NYSE:BCA; BCS: CORPBANCA) announced that it filed today with the Chilean Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros a Material Event Notice regarding (i) the Board of Director’s opinion on the pending merger with Banco Itaú Chile; and (ii) changes to the Transaction Agreement relating to the pending merger with Banco Itaú Chile. The Material Event Notice is available on the company’s corporate website at www.corpbanca.cl.
