Redeemable Noncontrolling Interest [Text Block]	REDEEMABLE NONCONTROLLING INTERESTSCertain redeemable noncontrolling interests in the Partnership’s subsidiaries were reflected as mezzanine equity on the consolidated balance sheets. Redeemable noncontrolling interests as of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 included a balance of $477 million related to the USAC Series A preferred units. Redeemable noncontrolling interests also included a balance of $17 million as of March 31, 2023 and $16 million as of December 31, 2022 related to noncontrolling interest holders in one of the Partnership’s consolidated subsidiaries that have the option to sell their interests to the Partnership.
