(b)          Effective September 1, 2007, Robert M. Rossell, who currently serves as Vice President of Marketing of the Company, will assume the position of Vice President – Corporate Accounts of the Company. Effective as of the same date, Mr. Rossell will be succeeded by Sean Morris as the Company's new Vice President of Marketing.
