Subsequent Events	Subsequent Event On January 29, 2020, the Company closed on a transaction to sell nine restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina and Orlando, Florida to existing franchisee River City Restaurant Group (“RCRG”) and RCRG laid out plans to also develop 22 new Noodles & Company restaurants between 2021 and 2032. See Note 2 for further information regarding assets held for sale.
