(b) Departure of Chas Hermann, Chief Brand Officer
On September 26, 2019, the Company reached an agreement with Mr. Hermann, the Company’s Chief Brand Officer, whereby Mr. Hermann will be separating from his employment with the Company effective January 31, 2020. Mr. Hermann will remain involved during the transition period and the Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Brand Officer.
