Item 5.02. Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 8, 2018, Noodles & Company (the “Company”) announced that Susan Daggett, Interim Chief Financial Officer, was leaving the Company effective May 18, 2018 to take the position of Chief Financial Officer of QDOBA Mexican Eats. The Company is continuing a search for a permanent replacement for the role of Chief Financial Officer.
