Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On May 27, 2014, the Company announced it had entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire 16 existing Noodles & Company franchise restaurants. During the third quarter of 2014, the Company acquired the restaurants for approximately $13.6 million, primarily funded by the use of the revolving credit facility.
