Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 30, 2015, Rajiv Patni, M.D. tendered his resignation as the Chief Development Officer of Ocera Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of June 1, 2015, for personal reasons. Dr. Patni’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
