On May 16, 2014, Jeryl L. Hilleman resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Ocera Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of June 3, 2014, to pursue a new career opportunity.  Ms. Hilleman’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
