Item 7.01	Regulation FD
	Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp. (“AGM”) and Assured Guaranty Inc. (“AG”), each an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Assured Guaranty Ltd. (“AGL”), completed the previously announced merger of AGM with and into AG, with AG as the surviving company (the “Merger”). The effective date of the Merger is August 1, 2024. All liabilities of AGM, including insurance policies issued or assumed by AGM, are now obligations of AG. On August 1, 2024, AGL issued a press release announcing completion of the Merger. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein. Exhibit 99.1 is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing. The information in this Item 7.01 (excluding Exhibit 99.1) shall be considered “filed” for purposes of Section 18 under the Exchange Act.
