On July 23, 2019, the compensation committee of our board of directors approved bonus payments for fiscal year 2019 and salary changes for fiscal year 2020 for Susan Washer, our president and chief executive officer, Mark Shearman, our chief scientific officer, William Sullivan, our chief financial officer, Stephen Potter, our vice president and chief business officer, and Brian Krex, our general counsel (bonus prorated for period employed during fiscal year 2019). The following table sets forth for each individual the amount of their bonus for fiscal year 2019 and their salary for fiscal year 2020.
