Preliminary Note: On November 24, 2006, Fieldstone Investment Corporation (the “Company”) furnished a Form 8-K under Item 7.01 (“Original 8-K”). This Form 8-K/A amends the Original 8-K to amend slides 28 (“FMIC Static Pool Prepayment Analysis”), 29 (“Loan Performance - Delinquencies”) and 30 (“FMIC Static Pool Cumulative Loss Analysis”) included in the Presentation filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original 8-K to update the Industry Non Prime-Arm Data from Intex/CS. The Company made no other changes to the Presentation. The Company updated the disclosure in Item 7.01 accordingly.
