On May 15, 2013, Institutional Financial Markets, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., local time, at the offices of Duane Morris LLP, at 1540 Broadway, New York, New York 10036. Stockholders of record at the close of business on May 24, 2013 will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
