Effective June 17, 2021 Mr. Bryan Astwood, Chief Investment Officer of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (the "Company"), will retire from the Company. Mr. Astwood is currently a director of the Company’s subsidiary, Aspen Bermuda Limited (“ABL”), and he will remain a director of ABL following his retirement from the Company.
