On February 26, 2014, Ascent Capital Group, Inc. (“Ascent”), the parent company of Monitronics International, Inc. (“Monitronics”), issued a press release setting forth information, including financial information, which is intended to supplement the financial statements and related Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations contained in Ascent’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 27, 2014.
