On June 4, 2014, Vistaprint notified Hauke Hansen, Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing Officer, that the company is terminating his position as an executive officer effective June 6, 2014. Effective immediately, Will Jacobs, Senior Vice President, will have responsibility for Vistaprint’s manufacturing and supply organization, reporting to Donald Nelson, President of Vistaprint’s Software and Manufacturing Platform.
