Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 3, 2024, the U.S. Epoxy Resin Producers Ad Hoc Coalition, of which Westlake Corporation is a member, filed petitions with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission that request the initiation of antidumping investigations regarding imports of certain epoxy resins from China, India, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand and countervailing duty investigations regarding imports of the same products from China, India, South Korea, and Taiwan.
