Other Assets	Other Assets Amortization expense on intangible and other assets of $9,484 and $8,276 is included in the consolidated statements of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively. Goodwill Goodwill for the Olefins segment was $29,990 at March 31, 2015 and December 31, 2014. Goodwill for the Vinyls segment was $32,026 at March 31, 2015 and December 31, 2014. There were no changes in the carrying amount of goodwill by operating segments for the three months ended March 31, 2015.
