Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In February 2015, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire INEOS Chlor Vinyls Holdings B.V.'s 35.7% interest in Suzhou Huasu Plastics Co., Ltd., a PVC joint venture based near Shanghai, China. We currently own a 59% interest in this joint venture. The completion of this acquisition is subject to government approvals. Subsequent events were evaluated through the date on which the financial statements were issued.
