On November 12, 2019, Westlake Chemical Corporation (“Westlake”), through one of its subsidiaries, Eagle US 2 LLC (“Eagle”), completed the acquisition of an additional 34.8% of the membership interests in LACC, LLC from Lotte Chemical USA Corporation, a subsidiary of Lotte Chemical Corporation (“Lotte”), for approximately $816.5 million. The acquisition was pursuant to a securities purchase agreement entered into between Eagle and Lotte, as previously disclosed in Westlake’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 30, 2019.
