The Registrant was delayed a few hours in filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended June 30, 2007 due to unexpected problems in converting the document into EDGAR format after management and the Registrant’s auditor had finalized the disclosure content and the Registrant had received the auditor’s final signoff.

The Form 10-QSB is being filed concurrently with this Notification of Late Filing and therefore has been filed within the extended filing period, pursuant to Rule 12b-25.
