On November 14, 2007, ChinaCast Education Corporation (the "Company") posted a powerpoint presentation on the company web site and hosted a conference call to review the financial results for the third quarter and 9 months ending September 30, 2007 and review strategy of the Company. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
