Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 2, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the common stock of the Company, payable on March 31, 2016. The dividend shall be payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
