ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

On February 8, 2005, Technology Investment Capital Corp. issued a press release
announcing that it has completed a $15 million investment in senior secured
notes with warrants issued by Segovia, Inc., a leading provider of secure global
voice, data, and video broadband satellite services. The text of the press
release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
