  As the Company did not have significant operations during the first quarter of 2012, the results of operations for the first quarter of 2013 will show a significant change compared with such period. The Company has recently launched its SnapTagz products and on February 25, 2013 the Company closed purchase agreements for the respective assets of Crescent Moon Holdings, LLC and Flipoutz, LLC.
