1.Other mainly included expenses related to true sale of receivables (“TSR”) programs and bank fees. On March 25, 2020 and March 26, 2020, the Company unwound euro/U.S. dollar CCS with a notional of 300 and 200, respectively, which were entered into on May 27, 2015 and designated as a net investment hedge of a euro denominated net investment in foreign operations amounting to €459.
