On October 9, 2008, ArcelorMittal issued a statement in which today it reaffirmed that it expects improved financial results in the third quarter 2008, consistent with its prior guidance. It further announced that it expects Operating results as well as Net cash provided by operating activities to be higher in the second half of 2008 compared to the record first half of 2008.

 

This report on Form 6-K shall be incorporated by reference into the registrant’s registration statement on Form F-4 (File No. 333-153624) dated September 22, 2008 and the prospectus dated October 8, 2008.
