ArcelorMittal announces publication of its Form 20-F for 2007

Luxembourg, 27 March 2008 - ArcelorMittal announces today that is has filed its Form 20-F for 2007 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 19 March 2008 and that the document is now available on its website.

The 20-F Form is available on www.arcelormittal.com under Investors & Shareholders > Activity Report & Documents > SEC Filings.

ArcelorMittal will send a hardcopy of the document to shareholders upon request.
