These Deferred Stock Units ("DSUs") of Urban Edge Properties (the "Company") were issued under the Urban Edge Properties 2024 Omnibus Share Plan. The DSUs entitle the reporting person to an equivalent number of shares of Common Stock of the Company without the payment of any consideration.
These DSUs vest on May 7, 2025 (subject to the reporting person continuing to serve on the Company's Board of Trustees until such date), with the Common Stock underlying the DSUs deliverable in five equal installments beginning on the first business day of the year immediately following the year the reporting person ceases to serve as a member of the Company's Board of Trustees.
