On August 7, 2020, Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. (“Endurance”) completed the acquisition of WaJao, Inc. (d/b/a Retention Science). Endurance previously announced this transaction in a press release dated July 30, 2020. Retention Science is a provider of artificial intelligence (AI) driven e-commerce email marketing services.
