Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 8, 2005, the Registrant announced that it expects revenue for the second quarter ending October 31, 2005 to increase approximately 25% compared to the previous quarter ending July 31, 2005. The Registrant plans to report its second quarter results by December 12, 2005.
