Award made in accordance with the Columbia Property Trust Amended and Restated 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). These shares will vest ratably over the next four years on each year anniversary date of the grant. Columbia Property Trust will hold these shares until they become vested. While the shares are being held prior to vesting, the reporting person will have the right to receive all cash dividends and to vote the restricted shares.
